The European International Club is building a global network of local clubs. As a Chapter Director, you represent the Club in your city, on an independent, entrepreneurial basis, and actively shape the development of your chapter.
You curate events, build a local network of entrepreneurs and executives, and represent the brand on the ground. This role can be carried out independently or as a team: many Chapter Directors build their own structure to support them with organisation, partnerships and member care.
You do not operate entirely independently: your chapter follows the principles, brand standards and quality guidelines of the European International Club. This ensures that every chapter, worldwide, upholds the same high standard and recognisable identity, and you benefit from an already established, trusted name.
As we refine our franchise model, selected partners are given the opportunity to launch a chapter in their city before our official rollout. Early adopters benefit from reduced license fees, priority support and the title "Founding Chapter Director." You gain access to our proven club concept, event formats, digital tools and strategic guidance.

Can I design the chapter entirely according to my own vision?
Not entirely. As Chapter Director, you shape your local network and events independently, but within the principles, brand standards and quality guidelines of the European International Club. This keeps the brand consistent and trustworthy worldwide, and you benefit from an already established concept.
Do I have to lead the chapter alone?
No. Many Chapter Directors build their own team to support them with events, partnerships and member care. You stay in charge, but you don't have to do it all yourself.
Do I need experience in networking or event management?
Helpful, but not required. We provide the concept, the event formats and the guidance you need to build your chapter.
What does the Pilot License Program include?
